WRC 1998. This is why he is the king. That is a driver losing the WRC Title 300m short of the finish line and watching Tommi drive by to win it..

He just sits in it for a bit, then puts on his coat and walks it out.

Colin always lost his temper and kicked things or crashed, Didier would scream at team bosses, Richard would pout, Tommi wouldn’t talk.

Carlos was always my hero.

Found out today that one of my buddies went home to Peru last weekend and got full access to the Dakar becuase he knows one of the organizers. He is a big gear head, but didn’t know anything about this part of motor sports. Ended up shooting the shit with Robby Gordon and didn’t even know who he was. Robby showed him a bunch of videos of huge jumps he made. He also said Sainz was a jerk. The Russians in the trucks were awesome.
